Your role

As a SharePoint & SPFx Developer, your mission is to becaome key contributor responsible for building, testing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions. You will translate clear business requirements into functional SharePoint sites that improve everyday productivity. You will work together with the Power Platform and .NET developers to support existing applications and help our users get the most out of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will report to Power Platform Technology Lead.

You will

• Designs, develops, and implements solutions using SharePoint environment including the SPFx framework
• Customize and extend SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and site structures).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the M365 environment.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
• Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance are followed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Maintains the principles, regulations and guidelines for BOZP and PO/Health&Safety and Fire Protection in all work activities and follows the policy and objectives of quality and environmental protection and the procedures and instructions in these areas.
• Maintains the workplace and its equipment in a good condition.
• Actively works towards increasing their knowledge and skills.
• Proposes improvement of processes and procedures within own‘s capabilities.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business management or equivalent through relevant work experience.
• 2+ years years of experience in development within M365 solutions stack with the focus on SharePoint platform
• Deep expertise in SharePoint environment
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
• Experience with lifecycle management and external sharing policies
• Knowledge of low-code services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI builder…)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong willingness to support and collaborate with end users
• Focus on incident resolution in timely manner and with high quality

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Service, s.r.o. in Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
