Are you passionate about driving supplier excellence and ensuring sustainable, high-quality processes? Join us as a Supplier Developer for our product company in Germany, where you'll play a leading role in auditing, improving, and aligning supplier performance with our quality and sustainability goals across our European supplier base.
Your Tasks:
- Plan and execute supplier process audits (e.g., potential analyses, process sign-offs, ATEX, regular audits) at international supplier sites based on global standards.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Ensure the effective implementation of sustainability targets and compliance with legal environmental regulations throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and compliance.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent university qualification) plus minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in supplier development or quality engineering.
- Solid knowledge of supplier development methodologies, project management, auditing practices and knowledge in electrotechnology.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Business-fluent in German and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong social competence, a team-oriented mindset, and assertiveness when driving results.
