Your day-to-day
- Manage intercompany purchasing activities, including price updates and purchasing parameters in ERP.
- Handle invoices and support purchasing operations across relevant systems.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply and purchasing-related issues.
- Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve processes, costs, and delivery performance.
- Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and RPA.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English
- Strong service minded and customer oriented problem solver
- The benefit will be good knowledge of Excel/ERP experience/economic background

- Annual financial bonus and salary increase
- Flexible working hours, shortened to 37.5 hours per week

Your location
- This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely 2 days a week and being on-site at our office in Brno, Czech Rerublic.
