VTPS & Lean Regional Practitioner

Your role
As a VTPS & Lean Regional Practitioner, your mission is to drive meaningful, measurable improvement across our Service Technology Centres (STCs). You will play a key role in reducing waste, increasing value, and strengthening performance by embedding VTPS and Lean principles into how we work. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regional role where you will influence change, build capability, and lead improvement initiatives that deliver real impact — including cost savings, efficiency gains, and a strong continuous improvement culture.
This is a hands-on practitioner role with strong regional influence, operating through coaching, facilitation, and collaboration rather than direct line management. You will work closely with site leadership, regional stakeholders, and global VTPS networks, giving you visibility and influence beyond a single location. This role will report to the Senior Manager, VTPS and Lean.
You will
- Lead the implementation of VTPS and Lean strategies across Service Technology Centres (STCs), identifying opportunities to eliminate waste, improve flow, and increase overall value and performance
- Act as the regional subject matter expert for Lean and VTPS, providing hands‑on coaching, guidance, and expertise to teams and leaders on site
- Deliver and facilitate Lean training, workshops, and problem‑solving activities (e.g. Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, time studies), building capability and embedding a strong continuous improvement culture
- Lead and support cross‑site and regional improvement projects, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to share best practice and maximise impact
- Drive process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, productivity improvements, improved quality, and enhanced safety performance
- Support the development, implementation, and ownership of global VTPS and Lean processes, ensuring standards are consistently applied while remaining practical for local site needs
- Champion change management, supporting teams through new ways of working and ensuring improvements are sustained over time
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to integrate Lean thinking into new technologies, processes, and ways of working, minimising waste from the outset
To succeed, you will need
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.
You have 5–10 years of experience, working in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations-focused environment, ideally in a Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Production System role.
- A proven background in Lean (Green or Black Belt), or strong practical experience working within Lean or production systems
- Proven hands‑on experience leading Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, with the ability to analyse end‑to‑end processes and translate outputs into clear, actionable improvement plans
- Strong problem-solving capability, with evidence of leading improvement initiatives that have delivered cost savings or efficiency improvements
- Confidence in coaching, training, and influencing others, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Strong English and Czech language skills - able to hold technical discussions and deliver training across sites
- Experience working across multiple sites or regions, with the flexibility to travel as needed
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a genuine passion for continuous improvement
In return, we offer
- Culture of trust and accountability
- Lifelong learning and career growth
- Innovation powered by people
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits
- Health and well-being
