Your Role

As Warehouse and Logistics Responsible, you will manage the full scope of warehouse operations and logistics flows to ensure timely delivery of parts and components to internal teams and customers. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring accuracy, and fostering a safety-first culture, while actively collaborating within the Supply Chain team.

 

Your Mission
Your mission is to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable internal and external logistics. You will:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, from goods-in to customer delivery

  • Manage all warehouse operations and ensure service excellence for internal stakeholders

  • Use and improve ERP systems (SAP) and other digital tools to streamline logistics flows

  • Maintain and improve planning and logistics processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Ensure safety and compliance across all logistics and warehouse activities

  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Assembly, and external partners to ensure seamless operations

  • Be part of the AEC BRNO Supply Chain team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

 

 

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • Education: min. secondary school is a must 

  • Experience on similar position min. 3 years necessary 

  • Languages: Czech, level: fluent + English, level: intermediate  

  • Strong technical background 

  • PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint 

  • Driving license and willingness to travel regularly
