Your role

As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll join the Power Technique IT (PT IT) organization, which delivers key IT services supporting delivery teams across the Power Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco. You’ll work in a team focused on operations, security, and architecture - helping us build scalable, secure, and future‑ready cloud solutions. Since PT IT’s main base is in Belgium, you will be among the very first colleagues in Brno. 

As .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor and part of our development team that supports the design, development, and maintenance of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and other developers to build scalable, high-quality applications and integrations.

You will

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using modern .NET frameworks (.NET Core, .NET 6/7).
• Design and implement software solutions following object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and automated testing.
• Work with SQL Server and T-SQL to develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions.
• Adhere to the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) to ensure security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different environments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases

To succeed, you will need

• 3+ years of experience in .NET development using modern frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, .NET 6/7).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for database development.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Awareness of best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and its application in software projects.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong willingness to support and collaborate with end users
• Focus on incident resolution in timely manner and with high quality
• Ability to translate technical requests into tangible business value and user adoption.
• Proven ability to lead the resolution of high-impact platform outages or security incidents.
• Ability to provide clear, non-technical status updates to the user audience
• Ability to communicate KPIs to higher management level

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Services, s.r.o in Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
