Mission:

As a Business Development Manager, your mission will be to spearhead the development and expansion of Process Filtration within the territory.

You will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing effective business strategies to achieve our growth objectives.

 

Role:

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Business Line Manager, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic decision-making.

Location Flexibility: This role is home-based with our headquarters in Bucharest/ Attica/ Belgrade offering you the flexibility to visit the local market in line with your business plan.

Portfolio Promotion: You will be responsible for promoting our company’s comprehensive filtration portfolio and facilitating competence development within the team.

Collaboration: You will work closely with all the business lines as well as with the competence center for Process Filtration.

 

Responsibilities:

Drive direct sales to medium to large-sized accounts, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.

Facilitate indirect sales through distributors from small to medium-sized accounts, nurturing strong partnerships.

Develop and support a robust network of distributors to expand our market reach and penetration.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Entrepreneurial Spirit: We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about driving growth and innovation.

Communication Skills: Strong interaction and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships.

Sales Experience: With over 5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to the role.

Process Filtration Expertise: You should have over 5 years of experience in Process Filtration (liquid and gas) within the F&B, Pharma, and Industrial sectors.

Travel Flexibility: A willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory is required to effectively engage with clients and distributors.

Language Proficiency: Native in local language depending on location (Romanian/Serbian/Greek) along with proficient English skills, is necessary for effective communication in our multicultural environment.
