Your role

As an Air Net Specialist, your mission is to develop and grow the AIRnet business in the South East Europe Region through consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and technical expertise.

You will report to the Regional Sustainability Business Development Manager SEE

 

You will

  • Drive AIRnet product sales by leveraging internal tools and following automated leads
  • Support equipment and advanced product sales through bundled, consultative solutions
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying prospects and developing action plans
  • Collaborate closely with equipment and CTS sales teams on greenfield, brownfield, key account, and TR customer opportunities — including joint visit
  • Perform project management actions from conceptual design, on-site training, and implementation follow-up of turn-key compressed air systems 
  • Identify and onboard new installers across the region to support project management and installation
  • Build relationships with top engineering companies to embed AIRnet in master specs for compressed air and vacuum systems
  • Manage and develop local distributors, including training, technical and commercial support, and stock coordination
  • Create and present sales materials; attend trade shows, conferences, and local promotional events
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities, and quotations in C4C
  • Report monthly on AIRnet activities and support preparation of BRM review

Your background and knowledge

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, project management or any role relevant to the responsibilities of this position. 

  • Advanced PC literacy and MS Office proficiency

  • Fluent in Romanian and confident in English

  • Basic knowledge of piping and compressed air systems is considered a plus 

  • Knowledge of piping redesign/optimization and basic AutoCAD drawing is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with value-based selling and working with engineering firms, contractors, or distributors

Job location

This is an onsite role, based at our Romanian premises, where approximately 90% of your activities will take place. You will occasionally travel to customer or building sites, often together with colleagues from other departments, to support business development activities across the South East Europe Region.
