Are you passionate about sales and engineering? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a knack for building strong relationships? Atlas Copco is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer Flow to join our team and drive the success of our dewatering products in Romania, Hungary, and Moldavia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Direct and indirect sales of submersible and surface pumps, achieving annual targets for sales, turnover, profitability, and market share.
• Strategic Development: Support territory management and marketing actions, develop the Atlas Copco brand, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional and sales teams to coordinate customer strategies and product specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Product Company and Customer Centre.
• Market Expansion: Increase market share through proactive sales activities, customer loyalty, and effective marketing campaigns.
• Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development, including factory trainings, seminars, and e-learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the portable machines business, preferably in the pump industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, technical presentation, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Education: Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Sales & Marketing. Proven experience in dewatering applications.
• Language: Fluency in Romanian and English (Hungarian is a plus).
• Personality: Team player, customer-focused, proactive, and ready to travel regularly. Self-motivated with high responsibility and loyalty.
