Field Service Engineer SCE HU
The Role
• Independently execute daily service work in field, such as programming & startup of assembly equipment controllers, tools & systems & components repairing, regular maintenance & troubleshooting
• According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality field service to customers in agreed schedule and high quality
• Take active care and further develop professional relationship with customers
• Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction, actively look for service business opportunities and communicate these to Service Sales Engineers and prepare quotation for standard Service products
• Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system
• Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required
• Report travel expenses completely and in time in line with internal rules
• Immediately report to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business

What we expect of you?
• Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
• Languages: Hungarian - level: fluent + English, level: min. intermediate
• PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair necessary)
• Independent, self-managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach
• Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
• Proactivity and good communication skills
• Ability to plan & prioritize own work efficiently and work under pressure
• Team-player
• Ability and willingness to work home-based
• Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
