Atlas Copco, a global leader in sustainable productivity solutions and industrial tools, is seeking a diligent and strategic professional to join our dynamic team as Responsable Canal Indirecto (GI) for our Buenos Aires location. This role is critical within our Industrial Technique Sales GI department, contributing directly to our mission of delivering innovative and effective industrial solutions to our customers through indirect sales channels.
Role Overview:
As the Responsable Canal Indirecto (GI), you will be responsible for managing and developing the indirect sales channel, ensuring efficient collaboration with distribution partners aligned with Atlas Copco’s values and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in the industrial tool and assembly systems market by cultivating strong relationships with indirect channel partners, enabling them to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the indirect sales channel to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with channel partners, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support to optimize their performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and market campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and advise on necessary strategic adjustments.
- Provide regular reporting on channel sales performance, forecasts, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Promote Atlas Copco’s brand values and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards within the indirect sales network.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings to enhance channel engagement and market presence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in negociation, ideally within industrial tools, assembly systems, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of indirect sales channels and distribution networks, with the ability to develop and manage partner relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills paired with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
