Atlas Copco is building a new Inside Sales organization, and this role will be critical in carrying out the mission of that organization. Here you will have an opportunity to execute the business development strategy in support of new and existing customers. You will be instrumental in our plan to increase sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience with us.
Mission
The mission of the Inside Sales role is to:
- Run the part of the sales process that can be handled remotely. This means everything from creating, following up and closing business opportunities, as well as developing opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
- Work proactively and be part of a team that creates long-term business with both direct customers and dealers in your district.
- Be able to independently sell Atlas Copco's standard product and service range where the need for customer contact on site is not mandatory.
- Grow digital sales in the territory.
Job description
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- To sell Atlas Copco standard range of products and services to both direct customers and distributors.
- Responsibility of the sales budget in the region
- Proactively drive and identify untapped sales potential.
- Develop and educate distribution network to become self-going in digital sales.
- Complete parts of the sales cycle that can be carried out remotely.
- Create good relations to customer and distributors.
- Reply to questions concerning technical information, application and use of our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope for outgoing quotes.
- Day-to-day work in CRM to manage your sales pipeline.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has worked with technical sales and distribution.
- You hold a technical high school diploma, and/or university degree or have acquired an equivalent technical competence through work experience.
- Intermediate level of English.

We are looking for a person who has a sales oriented mindset, strong drive and a desire to constantly learn. As a person, you recognize yourself in words such as business, structured, communicative, enthusiastic and down-to-earth. You also have an understanding and interest in market analysis with the ability to translate data into sales leads and opportunities.
You are an ambitious person who is flexible and has the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are a person who enjoy customer relationships. Furthermore, you are committed and work in a structured way towards set goals. To succeed in this position, you must have the ability to understand our customers' needs and how we can create value for them through our product and service offer.
Work Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Modality: Hybrid, 3x2 format.
