• Salary Range: $79,530 - $99,420
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
Your role
This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems within the facility. The Master Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical infrastructure, machinery, and equipment vital to maintain optimal factory and production operations. This role will ensure compliance with regulation standards such as NFPA70E and NFPA70B. The Master Electrician will be responsible for energy management to maintain ISO50001 certficiates and any associated upgrades and improvements. This role will serve as hybrid use within the facilities and machine maintenance teams.
• Installation & Upgrades: Plan, install, and upgrade electrical systems and components supporting dry pump production lines, including high- and low-voltage circuits, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and specialized instrumentation. Ability to work on 480V, 240V, and 110V systems.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on all electrical systems, diagnosing faults using advanced testing equipment and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality. Use of Siemens Winpm system and Building Management System to monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Automation Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize and troubleshoot factory automation systems, robotics, and motor controls essential to semiconductor pump manufacturing.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to applicable codes, standards, and best practices—such as NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), OSHA requirements, and local building codes. Maintain detailed documentation for inspections and audits.
• Technical Training: Mentor and train maintenance staff and junior electricians, providing guidance on safe work practices, troubleshooting methods, and the use of cutting-edge equipment.
• Emergency Response: Act as the primary responder for electrical emergencies, including power outages, equipment failures, and other critical situations that impact manufacturing operations.
• Upgrades & Improvements: Evaluate existing electrical systems and recommend upgrades or efficiency improvements. Implement new technologies, energy-saving solutions, and automation enhancements to support the facility’s ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and modifications. Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Valid Master Electrician license.
• At least 6 years of industrial electrical experience, with a proven track record in manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), industrial automation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools, test meters, and instrumentation.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces or at heights as needed. Tolerance for noisy environments, exposure to chemicals, and temperature variations.
Communication: Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact with team members, contractors, and leadership. Ability to document maintenance activities clearly and concisely.
