Your role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Early Careers Programme Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for graduates, apprentices, interns and other early careers participants across our global business.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in building future talent pipelines while supporting a wide range of programmes spanning recruitment, onboarding, development, rotations and programme governance. Working closely with the Global Early Careers Manager, HR teams, hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions, you'll help ensure our programmes run smoothly and consistently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive the success of our early careers programmes, keeping priorities, milestones and participant experiences on track. 
  • Create engaging opportunities for learning and growth, coordinating development activities, reviews and key programme events.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience, partnering with hiring teams and assessors to attract future talent.
  • Turn data into insight, providing reporting and updates that measure impact, track progress and celebrate success.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR teams, hiring managers and stakeholders to continuously enhance our programmes.
  • Support every stage of the participant journey, from onboarding and development through to rotations, feedback and offboarding.
  • Drive continuous improvement, capturing best practice and enhancing the tools, resources and experiences that support our early careers community.
  • Create connection and engagement, maintaining programme communications, resources and collaborative platforms that keep participants informed and supported.

To succeed, you will need

 

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in HR, Talent, Business Administration Programme Coordination or a related field.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, talent, early careers, learning, programme administration or project coordination.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of recruitment coordination and candidate management processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards and programme updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Job location

This position is located in Burgess Hill, UK, within our Global Technology Centre, operating under a hybrid working model that combines office and remote work. The role involves supporting global programs and stakeholders across the UK, US, Asia, and other regions, requiring flexibility to accommodate various time zones as needed.
