Your day-to-day

Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth support of production and customer requirements.

Manage Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability to maintain operational and financial integrity.

Supervise and Develop the Team: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Drive Warehouse Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve productivity, reduce handling time, and support manufacturing operations.

Champion Safety and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset
- Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (e.g., pumps, rotating equipment, machining, or fabrication); Forklift certification is an asset
- Familiarity with material flow to production and work order processes
- Understanding of handling large or complex components safely
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Your compensation and benefits
We offer compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and responsibilities of the role. - The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per year. The final compensation may vary due to factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final compensation may be different.
