JOB TITLE: Coordinator_Intercompany Spare Part

DIVISION: GAP (Gas and Process)

[MISSION]

Located within the Product Company KRN in Busan, the Global Marine Spare Parts Expert leads global Marine aftermarket spare parts sourcing, pricing and order execution. The role establishes KRN as the master spare parts hub, ensuring competitive pricing, reduced lead times, and standardized, sustainable global aftermarket processes across multiple product companies.

 

 

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]

  • Lead global aftermarket spare parts identification (specification), sourcing, quotation, and order handling for Marine compressor packages manufactured by ENS, TBI, COF, and KRN.
  • Own and execute the end‑to‑end spare parts process from customer RFQ through quotation, ordering, expediting, and delivery to internal and external customers.
  • Act as the central integration point across multiple systems including SAP ERP (ENS, TBI, COF, KRN), Jaggaer, CRM, and future Leegoo.
  • Ensure competitive pricing, optimized lead times, and compliance with global pricing governance, intercompany rules, and tax considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with KRN and divisional sourcing to identify local suppliers for spare parts from the other GAP product companies
  • Coordinate localization justification activities in collaboration with product companies, sourcing, engineering, and quality teams when global or local sourcing alternatives are required.
  • Collaborate closely with global marine aftermarket organizations and suppliers to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) together with sourcing and quality functions and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and scale global Marine aftermarket spare parts processes.

 

 

[EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE]

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or comparable technical discipline.
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating machinery and related components (e.g. compressors, valves, heat exchangers, drives, controls).
  • Solid knowledge of aftermarket business models, spare parts lifecycle, and order‑to‑cash processes.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and sourcing/procurement platforms (e.g. Jaggaer); familiarity with PLM or configuration tools is an advantage.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken); Korean language proficiency required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket operations, spare parts sourcing, order processing, or related roles within industrial, marine, oil & gas, or process industries.
  • Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end spare parts processes in a global, multi‑entity environment.
  • Hands‑on experience working with international suppliers and global internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in pricing coordination, sourcing governance, or process standardization is highly desirable.
