Your role

  • Workplace Inspection & Risk Management: Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions. Manage Risk Assessments, near-miss reporting, and Emergency Response Drills to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Occupational Health & Hygiene Management: Manage employee health surveillance and counseling; oversee administrative tasks for work environment monitoring and health programs to ensure a healthy workspace.
  • Environmental Management & Licensing: Manage environmental licensing and reporting; manage legal waste disposal processes. Manage data collection and reporting for the corporate Sustainability Report (ESG).
  • Chemical Management: Execute licensing and reporting for chemical usage; Manage up-to-date MSDS and oversee onsite management to prevent chemical accidents.
  • Subcontractor Safety & Health Management: Support reviewing subcontractor safety documentation and conduct regular safety audits. Support semi-annual safety document inspections and safety committees while ensuring compliance during onsite activities.
  • SHE Training & Safety Culture Excellence: Manage mandatory safety training programs and design internal campaigns to promote and embed a robust safety culture across the organization.
  • Audit & Certification Management: Support the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. Lead responses to customer SHE audits and execute reporting for corrective actions.
  • Facility & Fire Safety Management: Monitor safety compliance for key facilities, such as electrical systems, high-pressure gas, and fire protection systems. Coordinate with fire safety agencies and handle facility-related requests.
  • Company Operations & Administrative Support: Manage the procurement and inventory of work uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform general administrative tasks for company operations, including utility billing and expense management.

To succeed, you will need

  • Practical knowledge of local SHE, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Administrative skills for subcontractor safety performance evaluation and document review.
  • Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience: Entry-level or up to 3 years of professional experience in SHE-related roles.
  • Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., Industrial Safety Engineer, Electrical Engineer) is preferred.
  • Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in safety, Electrical, Environmental, or Health Engineering.
  • Preferences: Experience in manufacturing site SHE management or environmental licensing.
