Your role

The Warehouse and Material Handler is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, domestic outbound logistics, and workshop inventory. This role involves receiving incoming goods, preparing them for production through kitting, processing part sales (GAS, GMS), and providing active support to the workshop team.

 

Receiving and Goods Inspection

  • The handler ensures all incoming materials are safely unloaded and received using standard equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or manual handling.
  • They inspect the outer appearance of delivered goods upon arrival and immediately notify the Quality team if any damaged packaging is identified.
  • They complete all necessary Goods Received (GR) actions, attach material identification stickers, and transfer items to designated storage racks.

Material Handling and Production Support

  • The handler manages materials for both Prime and Aftermarket sectors and distributes them to specific production orders according to production material slips.
  • Incoming products are stored systematically in assigned racks and moved or issued based on official requests.

Inventory Control

  • The handler periodically conducts physical stock counts in the production area and workshop to ensure actual inventory matches the corresponding data in SAP.

Packing and Outbound Logistics

  • The handler manages domestic outbound logistics and carries out product packing and repacking for shipments, including part sales.
  • They coordinate and cooperate directly with third-party packing companies for the packaging of equipment and components.
  • Additionally, they perform other task-related duties as assigned by the line manager.

 

 

To succeed, you will need

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or higher, with a proven background in material handling, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Technical & System Skills: Proficient in standard IT software (Microsoft Office 365) and ERP systems (SAP R/3 experience is a strong plus), alongside solid knowledge of material handling systems.
  • Equipment & Licensing: Hands-on experience operating cranes and forklifts. A valid forklift license is preferred, though candidates can obtain one after joining.
  • Language & Communication: Fluency in Korean and a good reading command of English, paired with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Work Flexibility: Open to working late shifts when required, and willing to travel domestically for less than 5% of total working time.
