JOB TITLE: Specialist_Process Optimization

DIVISION: GAP (Gas and Process)

REPORT TO: Team Leader_Operation Optimization

LOCATION: Busan, South Korea

 

 

 

[MISSION]

  • To comprehensively support and coordinate process optimization and ensure successful operations.
  • The process optimization specialist will need to communicate globally with all GAP entities and involved departments.

 

 

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]

  • Assessment of as-is state with regards to existing business processes, elicit where well-defined business processes are missing.
  • Define, refine, manage business processes. (end-to-end)
    • Review & analyze business processes and adapt, if necessary due to an ever-changing business environment.
    • Implement business processes and monitor if business processes lead to improved efficiency – If not identify root-cause and adjust.
  • Collaboration and coordination with departments and peers in KRN. (Gas & process division Busan factory)
  • Single point of contact for collaboration and coordination with GTO. (the team responsible for the information system within Gas & Process Division)
  • SAP & Internal system operation.

 

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

  • Proven in depth knowledge regarding on or more SAP module.
  • Basic knowledge of project management mandatory.
  • Understanding of finance, including how SAP optimization affects financial results.
  • Proven track record of information system-and/or SAP related implementations.
  • Several years of relevant business experience related to “special purpose machinery manufacturer” / ”special engineer” is an advantage.
  • University degree in “industrial engineering”, “business information system”, “business administration” or comparable education combined with years of relevant experience.
  • Command of English on advanced level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Track record regarding stakeholder management.
  • Willingness and ability to embrace and drive change.
  • Distinct analytical capabilities.
  • Dynamic, proactive person.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to reach mission.
