JOB TITLE: Coordinator_Operations

[MISSION]

 

This role is responsible for comprehensive general affairs, workplace office organization (5S), cross-departmental administrative tasks, and data input/management inside major corporate systems (SAP, PLM, ESKER) to guarantee seamless factory operations.

 

 

 

 

 

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]

 

[Production Operations Support]

  • Technical Data & Document Compliance: Print out and distribute project-specific production documents/drawings and manage their upload onto the PLM system. Print job safety files and ensure all mandatory compliance documents are organized and filed systematically.
  • SAP Procurement & System Inputs: Handle day-to-day data entry and management of production progress and completions (Confirmation) via SAP. Initiate purchase requisitions (PR) within SAP, coordinate PO requests with the sourcing team using final negotiated costs, and process Goods Received (GR) entries.
  • Reporting & Data Consolidation: Gather necessary data to compile, format, and submit the department's Weekly Reports

 

[General Affairs & Workplace Management]

  • Canteen & Inventory Control: Oversee and maintain the canteen/pantry area for Production, SHEQ, and 3rd party partner. Proactively monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of common stationeries, F&B (Food & Beverage), and general office supplies.
  • Workplace 5S & Facility Checks: Organize and maintain the internal environment of the factory office building by implementing 5S activities (※ Note: Excluding on-site production lines). Routine inspection of shared facilities to ensure common areas such as the canteen and meeting rooms are kept neat, orderly, clean, and in efficient operating conditions.
  • Office Administration & Partner Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling invoices and registering requests (such as forklift costs) via the ESKER system. Coordinate and oversee the operational and administrative setup for on-site 3rd party/partner offices.
  • Logistics & Event Operations: Take full charge of parcel services, courier operations, and corporate postage tracking. Provide active operational coordination and logistical support for various internal and external company events.

 

 

 

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

 

  • Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in general affairs, factory administration, or production support roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Production, SHEQ) and 3rd party partners.
  • High level of attention to detail aligned with 5S organization principles.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize shifting administrative workloads, and take proactive ownership of tasks.
