Your role

During daily operations you will be responsible for implementing the right product quality standards and necessary inspections from receiving, in-process, shipping inspections.

By monitoring overall product quality daily and non-conformities you support and challenge continuous improvements of processes.

Manage right product quality of all components from suppliers and non-conformities at suppliers, shop floor. Manage amount of non-conformities cost for suppliers.

 

 

To succeed, you will need

Internal/External Quality Control Management

  • Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality requirements and are fit for purpose, starting from approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and certified order-related quality dossiers.
    Manage and review supplier quality dossiers, including ITP and project documentation, and ensure the quality of all components as well as effective handling of non-conformities at both supplier sites and the shop floor.
  • Continuously monitor supplier quality to meet internal and customer requirements, and conduct calibration of inspection tools.
    Support sourcing activities related to supplier quality evaluation, including Quality and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment).
  • Provide technical support and oversee material handling, inspection, rework, and after-service activities at the shop floor.
    Capture and share lessons learned, troubleshoot supplier-related issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Production to identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions.

 

ISO (9001/14001/45001) Management

  • Ensure QHSE programs are effectively integrated into daily operations.
    Maintain and continuously update manuals and procedures to reflect the latest requirements and operational practices.
  • Support the effectiveness of the integrated management system covering Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 45001, and 50001 standards, as well as internal guidelines (“The Way We Do Things”).

 

SHE Management

  • Manage and review daily Last-Minute Risk Assessments (LMRA) for operational activities.
    Support the development and maintenance of a safe, accident-free workplace by establishing and applying appropriate processes.
  • Plan and deliver timely training and awareness programs on Environment, Health, and Safety for all employees.

 

Support Operations

  • Support the SHEQ Manager in all material quality-related activities.
    Provide daily reporting on key quality activities and ensure proper scheduling of supplier inspections.
  • Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions to the SHEQ Manager to achieve defined quality and SHE objectives and targets.
