Mission

 

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Oil-Free Air business in Morocco.

The main mission is to develop sales of oil-free Portfolio : Smart Air , Industrial Cooling and Energy conversion solutions across different industrial segments.

The role will focus on new equipment sales, replacement opportunities, project development, customer relationship management and proactive market coverage.

The objective is to support the growth ambition of the Oil-Free Air business by developing new opportunities, increasing customer coverage and contributing to a more diversified and sustainable business base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage assigned industrial segments, including customer mapping, opportunity identification and business development actions.
  • Drive proactive customer visits, technical-commercial presentations and compressed-air systems assessments.
  • Build and follow a strong pipeline of projects, replacements and new installations.
  • Develop replacement opportunities from the installed base.
  • Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors and key decision makers.
  • Prepare and follow commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Follow opportunities from lead generation to order closing.
  • Coordinate with Product Specialist, Service team and internal support functions.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer visits, opportunities, pipeline and forecast.
  • Support business diversification and market development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

 

  • Engineering degree or technical background, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial or energy engineering.
  • Experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably with capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of compressors, utilities, industrial equipment or rotating machines is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand customer processes and propose value-based solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to develop new accounts.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable with regular customer visits and field activity.

Travel Requirements

The position includes regular business travel within Morocco and occasional missions across the West & Central Africa region.

These missions may include customer visits, distributor support, project follow-up, business development activities, technical-commercial presentations and participation in key negotiations.

The candidate must be comfortable with travel and able to operate in different industrial and multicultural environments.
