Product Specialist AII

Mission

  • In cooperation with the Industrail AIR ( AII) Business Line Manager, provide essential support to the sales team in promoting AII products.
  • Develop more effective and innovative technical proposals and solutions prepared by sales representatives.
  • Deliver professional training programs to enhance the technical and commercial skills of the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in generating new revenue by acquiring new customers, partnerships, and contracts.
  • Identify and explore new markets and customer segments.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs.
  • Reporting to the Business Line Manager Industrial Air.
  • Close cooperation with other sales engineers in AII, contract engineer.
  • Collaboration with OFA division, CTS division sales engineers, CTS division product specialists.
  • Cooperation with the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Support sales engineers throughout the sales process, including joint customer visits when required.
  • Enhance the competence of the sales team by conducting regular product, application, and competitor training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales team to drive market penetration, increase sales, and ensure profitable growth.
  • Provide customers with high-quality technical and commercial support, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Advise engineering companies with tailored technical guidance and support.
  • Assist the Business Line Manager in setting competitive and realistic market prices for targeted product groups.
  • Serve as a key link with the Product Company regarding product knowledge, sales tools, and supported systems.
  • Partner with the Marketing Department and the BLM to design and implement product-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Play an active role and cooperate with the Marketing Department and the BLM by preparing specific product marketing activities.
  • Gather and analyze competitor information, providing actionable insights into their strategies and behaviors.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and C4C.
  • Good command of French and English is required.

Educational Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field.
  • Or equivalent by experience.
