About the role
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the finance service center reporting team
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent performance and sharing knowledge
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group and financial reports
- Collaborate with auditors, other teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations
- Identify automation opportunities (RPA, system enhancements)
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Lead or support transitions and migrations into finance service center

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- A university degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Strong command of English; a second language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems—SAP experience is a strong advantage.
