Process & Innovation Specialist - Finance

Your role

The Process & Innovation Specialist is responsible for driving process excellence, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the processes. The role acts as a bridge between operations, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify opportunities, implement innovative solutions, improve controls, and enhance service delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Excellence
•    Analyze existing PtP, OtC, and AtR processes and identify improvement opportunities.
•    Lead process optimization projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
•    Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
•    Promote best practices and standardization across customer centers and legal entities.
•    Identify automation opportunities using digital tools, AI solutions, Power Platform, RPA, and other technologies.
•    Lead implementation of automation initiatives from concept to deployment.
•    Collaborate with IT and Digitalization teams to design and enhance system functionality.
•    Measure and track automation benefits, including productivity gains and quality improvements.
•    Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects.
•    Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Education

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

•    3-5 years of experience in Shared Services, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
•    Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and project management.
•    Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
•    Shared Services experience is highly preferred.
