Regional Sales Manager IAT

As a Regional Sales Manager IAT, your mission is to To architect regional growth by optimizing channel performance and scaling our capital equipment footprint for long-term profitability. You will report to Business Line Manager .

You will

•     Responsibility for P&L for the region with the Business Line Manager.
•     Responsibility for sales operations, key account management, network development and  dealer management in the region.
•     To achieve results of objectives agreed with business line manager and General Manager.
•     To develop the capital equipment business within specific region, with the objective of giving all products their best chances in the market.
•     Develop sales organization in the region, safeguard integrity and transparency of operations within the region and the team by being a strong and loyal team player.
•     Follow the company policies stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance issues.
•     Responsibility of people competence improvement & sales force ( direct & Indirect ) training.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• More than five years of sales experience within relevant industries.
• Extensive experience in channel management for capital equipment business.
• Proven track record of achieving strong sales performance, including both revenue growth and profitability.
• Commitment to driving team success.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset.
