Mission

We are seeking an ambitious and motivative Sales Engineer to join the Oil Free Air Division OFA and to expand the business in the territory of 10th of Ramadan and applying customer-oriented solutions based on our portfolio.

 

Role

 To maintain regular contact with all customers with effective / frequent visit plan to achieve business goals and maximize sales across the assigned territory.

  • Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and volume by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular and structured contact with customers through an effective visit plan to maximize sales and strengthen relationships.
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with new and existing customers, including key decision-makers, to increase market share and company presence.
  • Prepare and manage technical proposals and bid submissions, including calculating sales prices, preparing bid documentation, completing technical data sheets and conducting necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with managers and product marketing teams to deliver tailored, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide accurate technical support and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with the aftermarket team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing relevant market insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a professional image and actively contribute to strengthening the division’s brand presence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of the CRM system, including records of visits, correspondence, quotations, and orders.

 

To succeed, you will need.

 

 

  • 2-3 years Sales & Marketing experience preferably in compressed air solutions.
  • Good command (verbal and written) of English.
  • Good standard of presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the industrial market in Egypt.
  • Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Able to work with sales and budget forecasts.
  • Driving license.

 

 

Educational requirements.

 

University Degree in  Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

What we expect of you?

 

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar disciplines
  • Competence: Reciprocating compressor technology is mandatory with Mechanical and electrical skills required (HMI) will be a plus.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in compressor Reciprocating world
  • Languages: English.
  • PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
  • Position based in Lille but following candidates, other locations can be discussed.
  • Proactivity, ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently.
