About the Role
Are you a driven and customer-focused professional ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team as a Service Sales Engineer and help deliver innovative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will build strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and promote service products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, source, and maintain customer relationships within the assigned area.

Develop and execute action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Promote and sell service products such as spare parts, oils, service plans, repairs, overhauls, and agreements.

Follow up on leads and referrals, including installed base lists, and actively seek new business opportunities.

Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, introduce new products, and research solutions to meet their needs.

Support and develop local distributors, where applicable.

Engage in planned prospecting activities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and quotations in Cloud for Customer (C4C).

Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and sales strategies through training, networking, and professional development.

Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, lost orders, and customer feedback, including recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with Sales Engineers to share prime equipment opportunities.

Represent the company professionally by projecting a customer-oriented and knowledgeable image.

Will have full responsibility for the optimization product line, developing and executing action plans to achieve targeted sales goals, while actively gathering market intelligence and competitor data to drive business growth.

Handle terms and conditions discussions effectively to meet customer expectations.

Take necessary actions to ensure seamless communication and task completion across teams.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant industrial service sales experience preferred.

Education: Engineering background required.

Skills:

Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Valid driver’s license.
