About the role

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable (P2P) team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments 
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations 
• Lead and support month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables 
• Handle vendor relations and resolve escalated issues 
• Monitor key KPIs (e.g., payment on time, invoice accuracy, aging reports) 
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent performance and knowledge sharing 
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to improve the P2P cycle 
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance 
• A university degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance 
• Strong command of English; a second language is a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Experience with ERP systems—SAP experience is a strong advantage.
