Your mission as Human Resource Manager is to support the company in the ambition to achieve sustainable profitable growth, by ensuring that legal requirements and people management processes are implemented and followed.
In your role you will be an important speaking partner of the General Manager and to members of the Management Team.
Eurochiller has an entity in Italy (Castello d’Agogna) for Production, Marketing, Sales and Service and an entity in Slovakia (Nitra) for Production.
Eurochiller s.r.l. is part of the Business area Compressor technique of Atlas Copco.

 

Responsibilities

  • Promote and ensure the Group’s Core Values Interaction, Commitment and Innovation, guidelines and policies laid down in The Way We Do Things.
  • Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination and respect for individuals in all areas of operation
  • Develop strong support to “People Care” with focus on identifying, supporting and follow up of talented employees with a good potential to grow in the Atlas Copco Group.
  • Interact with other companies within the Atlas Copco group in a constructive and productive way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Divisions and performance of the Business Area (and the Group)
  • Safeguard integrity and transparency of operations and of the legal structure by making sure that FAM and Business Code of Practice is understood and applied in your entities

 

Specific

  • You manage the Human Resources for the entity in Italy and of the entity in Slovakia. Your office will be in Castello d’Agogna, Italy and occasional traveling to Nitra, Slovakia in case of needs, is required.
  • Ensure having a clear HR plan in place, in context of local business needs linked to People Management initiatives to support the business growth, followed up via Company review meetings.
  • Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual. Improve and safeguard the communication flow.
    Raise awareness of diversity and create focus amongst Managers
  • Contribute to the development of the organization aligned with the Atlas Copco standards and leadership framework. Give a special focus on strengthening HR process as per The Way and safeguarding legal compliancy. Measure and influence People Management and HR KPIs’
  • Assist the recruitment requirement to give the required flexibility to manufacturing operations, the right organizational structure for other departments. Set a strict management of the external labour resource.
  • Ensure that the organization has the right people (attitude, personality, & capacity to grow) and the right level of competence (knowledge and experience).  Bring the right people (the next generation) in the organization.
  • Lead the yearly salary reviews and all negotiations with the unions as well as communications with managers and employees.
  • Guide and support the Management Team in their leadership development towards the organization.
  • Give strong support to training and competence development activities of all personnel
  • Manage internal mobility and ensure the pipeline for key functions is mapped and adequate development programs in place.
  • Set talent review process and recognized potential people and develop them for future assignments.
  • Safeguard good union relations and guide the Management Team in this domain.  Specifically contribute to the development of good union relations, on the base of a good understanding of our operational challenges, competitiveness and flexibility requirements.
  • Actively Co-operate with other operations in Italy, divisional Management and Group Management in issues where co-operation is possible and fruitful.
  • Conduct Atlas Copco INSIGHT survey bi yearly and initiate activities and regularly follow up.
  • Ensure rolling out group and divisional people initiatives to support the business

 

Experience requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Manager or 5 years senior HR Business Partner role position in a multinational company.

Educational requirements

  • You have a university degree in the human resources area or business management or similar through experience in combination with a track record of proven successful human resources work in an industrial environment.
  • You have minimum 5 years of solid practical experience of Italian labor legislation in combination with solid experience in people management processes with special focus on performance management and people / organizational development.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.

 

Willing to travel in Italy and abroad.
International travel may be necessary on occasion for attending seminars or HR meeting.
