Application Engineer

Your role

As an Application Engineer, you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team, supporting the technical development of customized process cooling solutions for industrial applications.

You will

• act as a key technical partner to Sales, translating customer requirements into optimized chiller configurations and value-driven proposals.
• analyze technical specifications, perform thermal calculations, in order to develop tailored solutions aligned with customer need and expectations and compliant with internal machines’ portfolio.
• Directly engage with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders, supporting pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and proposal preparation.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by developing application-focused content, case studies, and technical documentation, while providing valuable market feedback to drive product development.

You have 5 - 7 years of experience, working as a application engineer

You have:

• University degree in Engineering, or equal through experience;
• Fluency in English language;
• Proficiency in using Office suite, PCs/devices, project and design tools (Inventor - Autocad)
• Affinity with Thermodynamics, mechanical design and calculations/simulations 
• Experience with chiller technology is a plus;
• Knowledge of Matlab & Excel or other calculation tools is a plus

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Castello D'Agogna, Italy (IT).
