Logistic Professional

Your role
We're looking for a proactive and well-organized Logistics Professional (enrolled to protected categories - L.68/99) to take ownership of our machine shipping operations and ensure a smooth, reliable flow from production to customer delivery. Your mission is to oversee and optimize logistics planning and transportation management, making a real contribution for an efficient and effective supply chain process. You will report to the Customer Contact Team Leader.
The Logistics professional will take care of:
- monitoring production ad delivery status of our machines, proving timely updates to customers
- handling spare-parts shipments across Italy, Europe, and non-EU countries, working closely with the Service team
- oversee transportation management, ensuring timely and cost-effective products delivery
- acting as a key point of contact to the warehouse for loading activities
- managing invoicing activities and related documentation, issuing customer invoices and credit notes, working closely with the Chief Accountant
- Following up on shipments and invoicing to ensure everything stays on track
- Managing purchase orders from external panel builders and other group companies
- Overseeing logistics for incoming materials and supplier pickups
- Supporting the order processing team when needed

You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a Logistics Professional or have a different job role but managing similar activities
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision, cross‑functional collaboration, and having a real impact on customer satisfaction in an international environment, where english is spoken on a daily basis.
SAP Knowledge or experience with ERP System, good excel skills are considered a plus.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Castello D'Agogna (PV), Italy. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

Permanent contract
White-collar employee, Level C2, National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
Starting salary for the relevant pay range from €28,000 gross per year
Ticket Restaurants equal to 7 euros per each day worked in the office (min. 5 hours per day)
Flexible Benefits in compliance with CCNL regulation
