Your role

As a Marketing Operation Specialist PCS, your mission is to contribute to sales growth for our business and improve constantly the customer experience, by proposing projects and actions understanding in advance customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team and the Service team to ensure, together with the team, the successful implementation of sales strategies.

 

You will

  • Develop and manage the new Chiller Academy, creating and overseeing a structured training program for customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance technical knowledge and application expertise
  • Promotion for distributors/agents, supporting the sales channel in the products promotion and their preparation about AC-EC product knowledge
  • Coordinate lead generation operations between PC; CC and hubs, developing strategies and tools which increase qualified leads and conversion rates 
  • Coordinate in a cross-functional way the implementation of new digital tools, improving efficiency and customer experience
  • Lead projects aimed at improving our sales experience and internal processes (CRM, e-commerce, digital tools)
  • Support and digitalization of service processes to increase efficiency. This can be for instance on pricing and quotation processes to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, tracking KPIs for digital platforms, aftermarket services, lead generation initiatives to ensure continuous process improvement
  • Follow-up the reporting preparation for the Division

  • You have 2-3 years of experience, working as a Business Development Specialist for industrial equipments
  • Experience in use of CRM, Digital tool for lead and market analysis is recommended
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of industrial transformation processes
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Open to short-term domestic travel assignments

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Castello D'Agogna (PV)
