Product Manager Industrial cooling system

Your role
Industrial Cooling systems are a focus product range for the OFA division, as part of the Total Utility room solution.
Industrial Cooling is in a strong growth scenario in Atlas Copco, based on many new products recently introduced & many to come, and investments in the sales channels.
Your day-to-day
As Product Manager you are a key player in this growth scenario:
First part of your mission is to push & support the Customer Centers to sell more:
- Launch new products
- Be the key person in Training programs
- Show the benefits & how to beat the competitors
- Provide all necessary sales tools & information
- Look for opportunities: for what applications & segments can our products & solutions bring value to our customers
- Give excellent & fast support to the Sales & Marketing people in the Customer Centers to reach a high hit rate & substantial market share growth
- A few times per year: Be present in Customer & Dealer days and join Customer visits
Second part of the mission is focused on New Product Development:
- Be in the drivers seat to create the Business case for new products & solutions and to write the Master Spec
- You are an active member of the PTM & TCM
- Focus on a short Time to Market, and make sure all sales tools like calculation tools & technical data sheets etc are ready before the Product launch
Your skills and experience
- You are a positive person who takes many initiatives
- Technical knowledge of Chillers & Coolers & Total Cooling solutions is a must
- Able to work independently
- Team player – able to cooperate with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English, strong communicator

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Castello D'Agogna, Italy (IT).
