Sales Engineer Italian market - Cooling systems

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

- You have 3 - 6 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer for industrial equipments
- Experience in sales of chillers, coolers and other refrigeration products is mandatory
- Experience in selling products in the B2B channel
- Knowledge of industrial transformation processes
- Open to short-term domestic travel assignments

Job location
This role is partially remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Castello D'Agogna, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).
