Division Oil-Free Air – Business Line PCS (Process Cooling Solutions)

Reports to: General Manager and work directly with Oil Free Air Divisional team for business development, product development and strategic projects.

This is a unique opportunity to combine global sales leadership with business development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Business Line PCS focuses on chillers, coolers, temperature control and thermal ancillaries towards our industrial customer base. To expand the division's unique Smart Solution portfolio.
To grow in the industrial process cooling market, we are looking for a person who will play a pivotal role in the further development and integration of Eurochiller in the division.

Your mission

The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Be part of the Customer Center management team with P&L responsibility for Customer Center Eurochiller

1. Global Sales Manager – Customer Center Eurochiller (IYU)

• Lead the Eurochiller Sales & Communication team and drive global sales performance.
• Guide and develop the sales and communication team to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Eurochiller’s sales network in Italy, OEMs, and export markets (via distributors and Atlas Copco CCs).
• Gain market insight by close customer relationships.
• Drive technical sales excellence develop as competitive advantage and value creation for the customers.
• Collaborate with the IYU Engineered Solutions team to prioritize opportunities.
• Align with AIF BLMs and Service teams in Atlas Copco CC’s to develop best suitable channels to market, in line with divisional strategy

2. Business Development Manager – Segments

• Further development of our position in the plastics segment, leveraging on Eurochiller’s network and Customer Center organization.
• Conduct market research and lead strategic growth initiatives in key industrial segments that are not fully explored today.
• Contribute to profitable growth across both Atlas Copco and Eurochiller brand.

What We’re Looking for

• A university degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC technology and industrial cooling solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, communication and territory management.
• A passion for technical innovation and customer value.

Location & Travel

This role is based in Eurochiller Customer Center, Castello d’Agogna, Italy. It includes regular international travel to support global sales and development initiatives.
