Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will

  • Report into the Service Team Leader and Operations Manager. 
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 
  • Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachlor Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role, ideally within the Compressor or Industrial Equipment sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and internal teams, providing clear technical advice.
  • A proactive attitude towards safety compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools is advantageous.

Job location

You will join our dedicated customer center located in Chachoengsao, becoming an integral member of our dynamic field service team. This position involves remote work with substantial travel within Thailand (TH), allowing you to engage directly with our customers and understand their operational environments firsthand.
