Internship Business Process and Systems Assistant

Your role

This role plays a vital part in supporting, coordinating, consulting, and facilitating the implementation of projects for both new and existing systems in Southeast Asia countries. The focus lies on project management, process enhancement, and other improvement activities. To be a key person who understand workflow process of Industrial Technique Business and system.

• To assist driving the business process improvement and lean management activities to re-design the better flow of business.
• Supporting the maintenance of Customer Master Data and quality check in SAP ACT! and Salesforce with accurate data and able to analyze data in pivot, graph for reporting purpose.
• To act as a consultant in analysis, development, and improvement responsible for customer care and internal processes.
• Keep collection Business Process updated and others related documentation and update in SharePoint.
• To perform other duties related to jobs as assigned by Business Process Manager

Education                                

University degree, preferably Business Administration (BBA) (fourth year student)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge  

• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in Process Improvement / Project Management in business process is an advantage.
• An ability to practice advanced analytical programs is required.
• A good team player. 

Language                                

• Highly proficient in English language, both written and spoken
