Product Specialist Thailand

Your role

As a Field Product Specialist Thailand, your mission is to  provides technical expertise and hands-on support to customers and sales teams through product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and feedback collection to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. 

You will report to Regional Product Manager.

You will

• Deliver product demos at customer sites and innovation centers
• Support sales with technical presentations and product expertise
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Assist with product trials and ensure smooth implementation
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
• Collaborate with divisions to resolve product/process problems
• Train sales teams and distributors on product features and demos
• Support product launches, marketing activities, and exhibitions
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement
• Stay current on product knowledge and market trends
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer events

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, product support, or engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and travel as needed
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Basic understanding of IT network and programming
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Chachoengsao, Thailand.
