Mission:
- Maximize the sale of Portable Air & Power & Flow solutions.
- Develop new customers and dealers, promote company products & solution, and achieve sales revenue for own territory
Responsibilities:
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs and product positioning in market.
- Lead Generation and maintain pipeline
- Conduct Marketing activities for particular segment.
- Maintain close relationship with Power Technique Thailand Team to develop and implement business marketing plans to achieve targets.
- Product Positioning & Competitor pricing. Implementation of price positioning as implemented by BLM
- Sales support and product training to key customers, resellers & dealers.
- Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns.
- Strong coordination with BDM & RSM to develop sales and marketing strategy, tools, and developmental trainings.
- Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis & development.
- All sales activities related to distributors / agents for Portable Air Compressor
- Monitor Sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales.
- Extend the distributors network to non-traditional areas.
Others
- Maintain good internal and external customer relationships.
- Effectively manage the Account Receivables of Portable Air Compressor to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
- Effectively manage the inventory levels for better profitability.
- Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately in C4C.
- Perform Full market Potential analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a one-to-one concept strategy & Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors.
- Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
- Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.
- Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
- Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics, codes.
- Report on market matters and competition developments on a regular basis.
- Promotion and use of Cloud for Sales CRM on a constant basis for all activities
People Management
- Prepare action plans/activities for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Conduct one-on-one review with the reporting manager to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
Territory:
- Thailand.
Qualification:
- End-to-end execution of marketing strategies.
- 2-3 years in Technical Sales, Business Development.
- Experience in SAP & CRM tools is plus
- Exemplify market growth utilizing territory management techniques and key account direction and control.
- Fluent both Thai & English
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation skills, Customer service skills.
- Industry experience: Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Heavy Machinery.
- Knowledge of air compressor, engines, generators is plus.
- Market knowledge for sales of Portable Air Compressor Products such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining.
- Strong zeal for sales & learning new products
- Ready to travel around Thailand on short notice.
- Knowledge of Dealer management is a plus
