Your role

By fully understanding Atlas Copco Tools and the customer Vision, Mission and Strategy (including Atlas Copco Tools Ecosystem), the Sales manager will lead the team under his responsibilities  towards sustainable profitable growth in the designated territory according to SEA legal standards and group and cc policies in entire region maximizing utilization of resources and business opportunities.

You will

  • A Sales Manager is the responsible for the sales results of a defined territory/team.
  • Leadership: They coach, lead, mentor, and support team leaders and salespeople on sales and leadership topics.
  • Strategy Development: They initiate and coach the sales team for a territory to deliver business plans in line with the business line expectation. This involves utilizing resources and market opportunities to commit to ambitious targets.
  • This position will belong to the SEA regional customer center management team, reporting to the Business Line Manager.
  • The Sales Manager will often coordinate/interact with the different departments/business line (Marketing, Communications, Customer Support, Service) on several topics linked to customers on her/his territory(customer specific, technology related, People initiatives)

  • Leadership capabilities,  good knowledge to customers production processes.  
  • 7+ years working experience in industrial sales of technically advanced products.
  • Bachelor degree of Engineering / Business or equivalent.
  • Leadership capabilities 
  • Ability to map the territory to understand the full potential of it.
  • Able to drive a market-based pricing for her/his territory
  • Develop a short- and medium-term strategic plan for a territory aligned with the divisional strategy
  • Able to negotiate high value projects with customer understanding its impact on the territory under her/his responsibility
  • Focus on Strategic Partnership with customers

Job location

 Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Chachoengsao, Thailand.
