Your Role

  • Carry out effective sales activities to achieve the Aftermarket sales objectives and target revenues for the assigned territories.
  • Expand the current service sales scope and proactively promote new service products to achieve assigned target revenues.
  • Provide proactive customer service support to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • Focus on automotive and automotive tier accounts in Chonburi and Rayong.
  • Accountable for service revenue targets in the assigned territory by improving service levels (from reactive to proactive service products), broadening service scope, and increasing the customer base.
  • Proactively visit and communicate with customers to understand their current service needs or potential service requirements throughout the tool's lifecycle.
  • Propose and formulate suitable service solutions with excellent presentations on the values (Cost Efficiency, Quality, and Uptime).
  • Proactively use CRM systems (Salesforce, SPIRIT) to forecast and manage sales plans efficiently.
  • Track market share development and competitor movements.
  • Develop the service sales strategy in collaboration with the product sales team to grow proactive service products.
  • Build strong relationships with GI/MVI (General Industry and Motor Vehicle Industry Customer Segment) to foster cross-selling.
  • Establish partnership-type relationships with customers at the appropriate levels. Understand customer needs, processes, and business drivers.
  • Reach deals through negotiations that are win-win for both the customer and us.
  • Follow up on deliverables.
  • Cooperate with the credit controller to ensure that account receivables are collected on time according to payment terms.
