Service Sales Engineer SAS (Thailand)

Your role
As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to theTeam Leader – Service, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.
Short Description
Your day-to-day
- Drive service, spare parts, retrofit, and optimization sales with existing customers to achieve annual targets
- Identify and develop new service opportunities through regular customer visits
- Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and first‑level emergency response
- Support Team Leader with technical and cost studies for project proposals and bidding
- Collaborate closely with service operations, Application Centre, R&D, machine tool builders, and contractors
- Develop and manage service contracts, PMs, retrofits, optimization projects, and training
- Execute projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
- Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track quotes, forecast opportunities, and improve sales efficiency
- Maintain installed base data and map service potential customers
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, fast response, and timely feedback
- Prepare reports, activity records, and status updates as required

Experience & Skill requirements
- Strong experiences in sales development and understand clearly on sales process
- Experiences in value proposition selling to customers
- Experiences or understand the need of customers on after sales service
- Experiences in working with both sales team and service team would be a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Self-motivated
- Good presentation skills,

Qualification
- Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar experiences in mechanical or electrical installation.
- Capability to work both sales & technical functions
- English and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Willing to travel abroad and in Thailand.
- Able to drive a car and having driving license.

Your location
This position is located in Thailand supporting customers in all SEA customers. In addition outside territory may be required.
