Training Specialist

Your role
- Design and develop required local training programs with respect to the global training and development framework.
- Consult with management and establish Individual Training Plans (ITP), according to RASCI and manages the plans in Learning Link.
- Markets available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
- Conducts local training needs assessments and identifications of skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in Learning Link.
- Build annual training programs and prepares training plans for local STC employees.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitors their quality results.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior through adoption of Kirkpatrick training evaluation principles.
- Evaluates trainee's performance and develops assessment instruments.
- Supports Never Stop Learning Festival (NSLF) or equivalent, working with the local and global L & D teams.
- Becomes accredited to deliver internal and external developed training courses from VT and group if required.
- Support, train and audit the local operations team in the correct use of AG5.
- Support the local operations team in the gap analysis for every individual and the allocation of the training needed.
- Support the local operations team in the allocation of the needed country specific, workplace specific and Product specific trainings for every individual in AG5 and the allocation of the corresponding trainings.
To succeed, you will need
- Proven work experience as a Training Specialist. 5 years of current experience.
- Proven design and development of training materials and course development for delivery on different platforms.
- Hands-on experience coordinating or executing training events.
- Understanding of principles of adult learning.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Experience with AG5 - Self Assessment Process is a must.
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor and evaluate).
- High attention to detail and QA of materials and courses.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual is a plus. English and Spanish.
- Positive Attitude is 50 percent of this role.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Chandler AZ, United States. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
This is not a Hybrid position.
Available to travel as required.
