Field Service Engineer

The Role
Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Report to: Service Team Leader
Workplace: Shenyang, Liaoning Provice
Major responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work independently on troubleshooting, problem solving, installation, calibration and maintenance in the field;
Work independently on troubleshooting,maintenance and repairing in onsite/internal workshop;
On time and correctly report working activities and time duration;
On time and correctly report customer visit activities with customer signature;
Keep good communication with customer;
Follow up customer open issues until it closed;
Response for SCA/Henrob Systems warranty claim;
Response for SCA/Henrob Systems quality information collection and quality problem report;
Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk;
Owner self personnel development in the company;
Fix assets, safety PPE and fire protection equipment management;
Phone support customer on technical issues;
Technical support for customers and sales in field;
Provide technical problem solving and root cause analysis report;
Hold or support project startup;
Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer;
Walk the line and provide walk line report;
Follow up and feedback customer complaints;
Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.

To maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional service and consultancy while promote service products to support service NIS.

What we expect of you?
Education
Above college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
Experience
At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product;
Knowledge
Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge.
Certification of Low-voltage electrican is a plus
Skill
Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting.
MS office and PC skill is a must;
Good communication skill
Language:
Good English both in read and written
Fluency in local dialect(s) is a plus
