Purchasing Supervisor
Your role
As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our organization's procurement, supply, and logistics operations. Your mission is to drive efficiency and innovation by managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished goods to our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operations are not only efficient but also resilient and sustainable. Responsibilities:
Optimize SAP Utilization:
• Ensure full adoption and efficient use of SAP processes & tools within the purchasing team
• Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs using Power Bi dashboards to drive performance improvements
Enhance Supplier Management:
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
Improve Process Efficiency:
• Standardize and streamline purchasing workflows.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the procurement cycle.
Support Strategic Sourcing:
• Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking.
• Align sourcing strategies with company objectives, including sustainability and cost control.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Supervise and coach team to build capabilities and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

- 5+ years of purchasing and exposure to a business system that allows for familiarization with accounting practices, inventory management, and PO management.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Very strong communication and critical thinking skills; process oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite applications – particularly Excel and Outlook
- PC literate and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable or similar ERP systems
- Self-motivator who follows the work process and who likes to be challenged to solve problems as they arise.
