Package Engineer

Your role
As a Package Engineer, your mission is to [deliver process design calculation, 3D Model review and inter-diciplinary coordination]. You will report to[Christober Yovel - Office Manager].
You will do;
- Preparation of Engineering documents such as Process and instrumentation diagrams, Component datasheets and other auxillay documents.
• Preparation of RFQs for long lead items, sub vendor offers evaluation and approval.
• Review of 3D Model against Client specification, PIDs, Standard drawings and other relevant documents.
• Scheduling of documents, RFQs, attending EPC meetings etc.
• Coordination with Outsourcing partners, Design Engineers and Draftsperson.
• Coordination with Project Engineer, Procurement Engineer, QC Engineer and Production Engineer.
• Review client comments and make Comment resolution sheets.
• Attending technical clarification meetings with Project Engineer.
• Attending issues from production during fabrication.
• Explaining the design of pacakges during Kick Off meetings and scope defining discussions.
• Supporting and providing technical deliverables for the Proposal Engineer during Pre-Order Engineering.
• Responsible for smooth interdisciplinary coordination.
• Responsible for the Design and Engineering of the packages.
• Responsible for the specification compliance to the design in the aspect of Safety and ergonomics.
• Responsible to provide EAC for each project.
• Responsible to record Engineering Change Requests pertaining to Projects.

You have 5 - 7 years of experience, working as a Package Engineer.
- Degree in Mechnical Engineering
- Knowledge in Chemical Injection Packages, Tanks, Vessels, Instruments, Knowledge of Process packages, Design of Structures
- AutoCAD, 3D Model Review, Process Design Calculations, Team Management, Inter-Disciplinary Coordination.
