Mission
To generate business of service products from the allotted territory in line with the potential of installed machines with an
objective of achieving CTS growth targets WITHIN the CTS structure and guidelines.
Job Description
1 Business Development
- Generate orders from customers for service products,
- Promotion of Premium Plans
- Follow-up with customers to acquire orders,
-Responsible for dealer business.
IN ORDER TO achieve business level in line with installed machine population base.
2 Customer Relationship
- Collect customer feedback on service (direct & indirect)
- Analyze escalated customer-related problems and work with service to resolve them
- Analyze factors causing dissatisfaction among customers,
- Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Zonal Manager CTS- Sales
- Seek support where required to enhance Customer Satisfaction
IN ORDER TO enhance customer satisfaction
3 Receivables
- Receive data on collections and customer statement of accounts,
- Follow-up with customers on outstanding/ invoices on service products
- Ensure follow-up with dealers for collections
IN ORDER TO maintain cash flow in the company and minimize outstanding
4 Air audits and optimization
- Energy Audit - Track market opportunities,
- Energy Recovery - Track market opportunities
- Educate customers on benefits,
- Study customer/sales-related queries on audit requirements,
- Use of Air scan
- Promotion of Air optimizing products
IN ORDER TO reduce energy consumption and generate revenue
5 Compliance with Corporate Guidelines
- Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core values
- Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct
- Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time
- Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years
Knowledge / Educational requirements
Degree/Diploma Engineer
Good sales acumen, Techno commercial acumen and understanding of Aftermarket business, Selling skills, Interpersonal skills,
Negotiation skills, Technical skills, Commercial acumen, Team skills, Report writing skills, IT skills
