Mission/Purpose of the Job:

Support the global service supply chain infrastructure to enable the achievement of business, operational, and financial objectives across the EMS Services business, including Third Party Sales, Field Service, and Service Hub activities, in alignment with SCM strategic priorities

Execute supply planning activities for service parts to improve material availability, reduce turnaround time, and ensure optimal spare parts supply across the global service network.

Collaborate with Product Companies, operations teams and DCs to manage demand and supply alignment, communicate forecast changes, and support effective decision-making.

Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to provide visibility of supply chain performance, supporting the EMS Product Planning in driving KPI performance and continuous improvement across the network.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply strategies across multi-source products and ensure efficient end-to-end service supply execution.

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Inventory Sizing

Support inventory planning and re-profiling across global hubs and DCs to achieve target availability and meet service requirements

Coordinate inventory adjustments with Product Companies and supply sites to minimize impact while meeting service business needs

 

2. Freight & Logistics Optimization

Perform regular reviews of freight modes and logistics flows to support inventory optimization and cost efficiency

Collaborate with logistics teams to balance service level and transportation cost

 

3. Supply deviation management

Monitor supply situations and proactively do supply deviation management includes EC, SIB, shortages or unexpected demand changes in a timely manner 

Analyze supply issues using relevant data (e.g., inventory, demand, lead time) to identify root causes and propose effective solutions 

Escalate critical risks, constraints, and potential business impacts to the EMS Planning Lead and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner 

 

4. Supply Allocation Management

Coordinate allocation decisions across Product Companies and global hubs during supply constraints

Support fair and optimized distribution of limited supply to meet global service demand

 

5. Process Improvement & Project Support

Work closely with Service Operations and cross-functional teams to support process improvements and ongoing projects

Contribute to defining requirements for planning and forecasting process enhancements

 

6. Inventory Monitoring & Control

Monitor and analyze inventory levels across Global Distribution Centers (GDCs)

Work with regional supply chain teams to ensure alignment on inventory ownership, targets, and net working capital objectives

 

7. Supply Review & Stakeholder Coordination

Support and participate in regular supply review meetings with hubs and Product Companies

Track supply constraints, issues, and KPI performance, ensuring transparency and follow-up actions

8. KPI Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare and publish regular KPI reports to provide visibility on service supply chain performance

Support performance analysis and highlight risks or improvement opportunities to the Planning Lead

 

9. Planning Data & Exception Management

Identify and resolve planning gaps or “no-planning” issues for spare parts within assigned GDC scope

Ensure data accuracy and planning completeness to enable effective supply execution

 

[Knowledge and Experience]

  • 3 to 5 years planning experience in a global manufacturing company with detailed logistics/supply chain management knowledge
  • High level of data analytical skills for number
  • MS Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel
  • SAP ERP experiences
  • Fluent in written & verbal English
  • Able to travel to oversea
  • Experinces for Power BI & Paithon are preferred
