Process Quality Manager
Your role
The Process Quality Manager is a member of the Quality Department and reports directly to the Quality Manager. The role is responsible for leading and integrating Pump Quality and Machining Quality activities to strengthen process controls, improve manufacturing quality performance, and drive proactive quality improvement.
- Process Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Establish and execute process quality strategy for Pump assembly and Machining areas.
- Set quality objectives, action plans, and key performance targets aligned with business needs.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement activities with Operations, Engineering, Customer Quality, and Supplier Quality.
- Management of Pump Quality & Machining Quality Teams
- Lead Pump Assembly Quality and Machining Quality team leaders and engineers.
- Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future process quality leadership.
- Quality Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key quality KPIs such as FTTFR, scrap, rework, warranty, NCM, and Q-Cost.
- Analyze quality data trends to identify process risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive weekly and monthly improvement actions based on quality performance results.
- Process Quality Management
- Strengthen CTQ, SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, PFMEA, and control plan management.
- Ensure key process characteristics are properly controlled and improved across assembly and machining processes.
- Standardize process quality control methods and governance across manufacturing areas.
- QRQC & Problem Solving
- Lead QRQC activities for internal and external process quality issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools.
- Prevent recurrence of chronic quality issues through systematic corrective and preventive actions.
- Process Audit & Quality Assurance
- Plan and lead process audits for manufacturing areas.
- Ensure audit findings are followed up with effective corrective actions.
- Improve process compliance, standardization, and risk prevention
- Continuous Improvement & CoPQ Reduction
- Identify top failure modes and quality cost drivers.
- Lead improvement projects to reduce scrap, rework, warranty, and CoPQ.
- Promote a proactive and prevention-based quality culture.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main process quality interface among Quality, Operations, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Provide clear reporting and escalation on process quality risks and improvement progress.
- Support management reviews and quality performance communication.
To succeed, you will need
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Over than +12 years work experiences as a quality engineer or similar role
- Strong experience in process quality management, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, QRQC, and process audit.
- Strong problem-solving capability using structured quality tools.
- Experience in managing manufacturing quality KPIs and CoPQ improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong people management, coaching, and talent development experience
- Strong customer focus and customer-centric approach to decision-making
- Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Korean are required

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Cheonan, South Chungcheong, South Korea, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
